Transportation AMPG determines customer satisfaction with service hours, scheduling, and many other essential factors which have been central in the development of new transit systems and the improvement of existing ones. Our staff is experienced in coordinating large data collection efforts through on-board and intercept surveys at airports and bus stops, and telephone or mail-back surveys with both passengers and non-passengers. We have experience identifying the needs of the welfare-to-work population, as well as the elderly and the disabled.
