Employee Commuter Options/Employee Trip Reduction Program
Under subcontract to Transportation Management Services, we managed the administration and analysis of employee surveys at facilities in New York and Philadelphia, slated to prepare and submit employee commute option plans. We trained Amtrak staff on the importance and purpose of the survey, and effective administration techniques. We were also responsible for keypunching the completed surveys and creating an electronic data set for analysis.
