Household Travel Surveys
We, along with ISA as a major subcontractor, were selected by NCTCOG to perform two travel surveys in the 16-county Dallas-Fort Worth region. A revealed preference survey of 5,000 households using activity-based diaries was used to collect data on current travel behaviors. We designed a stated preference survey to collect data on likely behavioral responses to congestion pricing, alternative congestion scenarios, and enhanced bicycle/pedestrian improvements.
