Developer Fee Study We conducted a comprehensive review of all school facilities in the District in order to develop a written set of utilization and planning standards. These standards helped the District identify and prioritize future school improvement projects. This project included an analysis of the District's developer fee program, recommendations regarding appropriate uses of developer fee funds, and an assessment of the developer fee program's future potential.

Developer Fee Study Update and Class Size Reduction Planning We analyzed the District’s developer fee program in order to update the District’s justification for continuing to collect school facility impact fees from property developers. We also analyzed the need for additional facilities in light of class size reduction goals (20 pupils per classroom in the primary grades), and developed recommendations to guide the district in implementing class size reduction.
