Concessions Survey
We conducted 1,600 intercept surveys with departing passengers regarding retail products and stores they would be most interested in having in LAX Terminals one through eight, as well as the Tom Bradley International Terminal. Our survey results were used to assist the Airport Commission in determining which concessions should be included in the terminals following the completion of facility improvements.

Management Audit
As prime contractor managing a team of subcontractors, we conducted a management audit of the Department’s operations. The audit, which is required under the Charter of the City of Los Angeles, mandates that an industrial, economic and administrative survey of the Department be conducted every five years. The audit encompassed all aspects of airport operations, including the achievement of stated mission and goals; management and organization; capital financing; property management; cash management; accounting procedures; budget procedures; facilities planning; external relations; airfield operations and security; and contract administration and risk management.

Master Plan Public Relations Program
Under subcontract to Edelman Worldwide Public Relations, we conducted three waves of public opinion polls regarding the proposed expansion of the Los Angeles International Airport. In each wave, surveys were conducted with residents throughout the City, as well as residents of cities and communities that immediately neighbor LAX. The survey results were used to develop messages for the implementation of a public relations program for the LAX Master Plan process and to track public response to the campaign over time.
