Customer Satisfaction Survey
We designed a customer satisfaction measurement system and conducted a written baseline survey of 30,000 customers for Dominguez Water Corporation. The baseline survey determined customers' positions on specific issues such as water quality, cost, supply and reliability, conservation behaviors, and the Dominguez Water Corporation's identity. Follow-up focus groups were conducted with both customers and employees.
