One-Stop Career Center Electronic Systems Plan
We developed an electronic systems plan for the One-Stop Career Center System in the Los Angeles County SDA. The project involved a needs assessment of all key stakeholders, including JTPA training agencies, the Employment Development Department, the Department of Rehabilitation, local community Colleges, local Adult Schools, and community-based organizations. We also assessed the electronic systems in place at One-Stop Centers in other jurisdictions, facilitated consensus-oriented planning sessions, and developed a written electronic systems plan in accordance with state guidelines.
