‘95 Rideshare We conducted a review of MCA Universal’s Trip Reduction Plan, developed in compliance with the South Coast Air Quality Management District’s (SCAQMD) Rule 1501. The purpose of the review was to evaluate the cost effectiveness of MCA’s various transportation demand management strategies. In addition to examining existing incentives, we identified new strategies for MCA to implement for continued progress towards its rideshare target. We also conducted focus groups and a survey with individuals who did not rideshare, in order to determine which strategies held the greatest promise of attracting non-ridesharing employees into the company’s ridesharing program.
