Worksite Coordinator Handbook We developed a Worksite Coordinator Handbook an instructional manual and resource book for firms within city limits which were required to prepare worksite trip reduction plans according to the City's Trip Reduction Ordinance. The handbook included sections which specifically addressed: air quality in the City and the South Coast Air Basin; TSM, TDM, and TFD as solutions to air quality; the City of Santa Monica's role in improving air and traffic conditions and the implementation of the municipal ordinance; developer requirements; developing a Worksite Transportation Plan; trip reduction strategies; transportation management organizations and associations; evaluation and on-going monitoring of average vehicle ridership; audits and compliance.
