Communications Survey
We designed and implemented a mail-back survey of 514 residents of the City of Pico Rivera. The purpose of the survey was to measure residents' satisfaction with the Pico Rivera Profile, level of support for obtaining more information provided through cable TV and the City's web site, and demand for new businesses. Our activities included: developing the survey instrument and sampling plan, conducting data analyses, and preparing a final report.
