Management Audit
Under subcontract to Price Waterhouse Coopers, we assisted in a comprehensive management study of the Los Angeles County Community Development Commission (CDC). The review included an examination of all management systems, procedures, staffing, external relations, and long-range planning. We conducted interviews and reviewed documents specifically related to administrative and management procedures. Recommendations for improving efficiency were presented in a final report.

West Altadena Supermarket Survey
We conducted an opinion and community attitude survey of 400 residents and 20 businesses in the Altadena area to gauge the level of community support/patronage for a proposed supermarket and drug store. The project included the design of a survey instrument and business interview guide, a sampling plan, interviews, and preparation of a final report.
