Business Recycling Public Relations Program
. Under subcontract to Edelman Public Relations Worldwide, we conducted market research to develop messages for a public relations campaign designed to increase recycling among small, medium, and large businesses in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County, and to track public response to the campaign over time. We facilitated three focus groups with business managers and conducted a telephone survey at the close of the campaign. AMPG designed all survey instruments, analyzed the data, and prepared a final report.

Residential Recycling Tracking Survey 1999-2002
Under subcontract to Edelman Public Relations in 1999 and Pulsar Advertising in 2002, we conducted two consumer awareness surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of a multi-year public education campaign for the Residential Recycling Program. The campaign was designed to increase awareness of curbside recycling services among residents in the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County and to develop strategies for service improvement. The survey results were used to track public response to the campaign over time and were compared with findings from a baseline survey.
