Consumer Satisfaction Survey of Cable Television We conducted a consumer satisfaction and needs assessment telephone survey of 14 cable franchise areas within the City of Los Angeles. The telephone survey obtained information on franchise compliance, quality of service, awareness of available services, satisfaction with various aspects of service, and future cable-related needs of consumers. A written report was prepared and presented to the Board of Information Technology Commissioners and other relevant City of Los Angeles committees and councils. The information was used by the Information Technology Agency as part of its cable television franchise renewal process.
