County Clerk Department Management Audit
Under subcontract to Strategica, we assisted in a comprehensive management audit of the Los Angeles County Register Recorder/County Clerk Department. AMPG designed and administered a mail-back survey of 900 permanent and temporary employees. The survey addressed professional development, daily operations, promotions and job performance, communication between management and staff, and overall employee satisfaction. We analyzed the data and prepared a final report which included an assessment of the Department’s strengths and weaknesses, and the impact of tenure and management status on employee satisfaction.
